Returns

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it

  • In its original packaging with tags attached (if applicable)

  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right. Including photos of the item and its packaging will help us process your request more quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a different item is to return the original product after your return has been approved and place a new order for the item you would like instead.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
